The Department of Science and Technology (DST) invites researchers to submit proposals for FY2015 joint research funding administrated by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and involves participation by the DST. The areas of interest are:
- Environment/Energy (2 areas)
- Bioresources (1 area)
- Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (1 area)
The acceptable application form is also attached. The closing date for submission of South African applications to the Department of Science and Technology is Wednesday, 15 October 2014.
