The Programme focuses on post-graduate research activities in the following four areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Environment (with particular emphasis on water sciences)<\/li>\n<li>Intercultural dialogue<\/li>\n<li>Information and communication technologies; and<\/li>\n<li>Peaceful conflict resolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Programme functions according to the rules of open competition.
