THRIP promotes partnerships in pre-commercial research between business and the public-funded research base including universities and research institutions.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">THRIP will consider support for projects in which the primary aim is to promote and facilitate scientific research, technology development, and technology diffusion, or any combination of these.
