In attendance were representatives from CSIR, DST, NEPAD, DIRCO, IDC and the dti.\u00a0 CSIR initiatives on the Continent are Africa Laser Centre, SANBIO, Nanomedicine, Climate Change, Infrastructure and creating an economic platform in Uganda.
