Deadline 1 December 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\">The National Research Foundation is inviting proposals for the\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/newton-fund-building-science-and-innovation-capacity-in-developing-countries\/newton-fund-building-science-and-innovation-capacity-in-developing-countries\">Newton Fund<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; an initiative to strengthen research and innovation partnerships between the UK and emerging knowledge economies.
