The Gauteng DID/CSIR Strategic Partnership is under development. High level interactions have taken place between MEC for Infrastructure in Gauteng and CSIR Executive. Following a presentation of the Department’s priority areas by the DG to the CSIR. The preparation of an MoU is in progress.
Agreement has been reached on the following areas:
- Infrastructure Master Plan
- Greening of Infrastructure
- Infrastructure Audits/Assessments
- Capacity Development
- Contractor Development
- Generic ICT Architecture, Greening Office Buildings
